Description

Plans and directs all aspects of the organizations technical operations. Assists in the creation of policies pertaining to client software implementations, technical support calls, and equipment procurement. Creates schedules and manages a team of 3-5 technicians. Reports directly to the organization director and works closely with the Program Manager and Operations Manager to ensure client and organizational needs are meet in a timely fashion. Communicates with clients to determine technical and security requirements and assist the PM in devising a project plan.
Assists in overseeing client training team of 1-2. Ensures quality of training, monitors client feedback, and serves as the point of communication between technicians and trainers.
Responsible for the creation of status reports pertaining to both clients as well as internal personnel.


-Knowledgeable with MS Office products

-Self-starter with ability to analyze business operations and recommend strategies to improve performance
-Maintain professionalism at all time and use discretion when handling confidential data
-Possession of excellent interpersonal and teaming skills 8+ years of related experience. Must be a self-starter and have excellent analytical/verbal and written communication skills.. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Level of Education: BS/BA or equivalent


Requires 8-10 years experience.
-Experience working on govt contracts
- Strong Technical Background
-Management Experience
-Familiar with Information/Records Management software
- MCSE/MCSA/MCSA/CCNA certifications highly desirable
- Proficient with SQL and Oracle
-Ability to trouble shoot

Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of Organization Director, Program and Operations Manager to support the overall program.
Perform administrative tasks associated with technical team (scheduling, inventory, status reports, client required technical documentation, ect.)
Assist Program Manager gather, catalog, organize, and maintain project documentation in accordance with corporate policy and procedures for document storage, retention, privacy and security
Provides guidance to and resolves problems/questions from technical staff as well as customers.
Assist in Recruiting new staff.

Assist Operations Manager to verify internal equipment needs such as employee needs for lap tops, PCs, servers, electronic storage, ect
Works w/Management to devise the Programs Technical and Training calendar of events.:
Initial report review and data collection and complete review of reports regularly to determine potential department delays and to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Assist in creation and maintenance of division budget
Keep a clean office environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports Quality Management initiatives such as document version control, work plans, process flow diagrams, and the Ticket Program Quality
